Applying for a vacancy or joining the Resume Bank — and what happens next.
Should I apply for a vacancy or join the Resume Bank?
If you see a vacancy you want, apply for it — it goes straight to HR for that role and outlet, and it's the quickest way in. Join the Resume Bank if nothing fits today, or if you're open to different roles or outlets.
What is the Resume Bank?
Our file of people we'd love to work with. Whenever an outlet needs someone, HR looks through the Resume Bank as soon as the role opens — so your resume keeps working for you after you send it.
What happens after I join the Resume Bank?
We read every resume. If a role that suits you is already open, HR can consider you for it straight away; if not, we'll get in touch when one opens, using the phone number or email you gave us.
I've applied for a vacancy. Do I need to join the Resume Bank too?
No. Everyone who applies is kept on file, so if that role doesn't work out we can still consider you for others.
Can I apply for more than one vacancy?
Yes — apply for each one you're interested in.
How do I check on my application?
When you apply for a vacancy, the confirmation screen gives you a personal link to track it — save or copy it. The Resume Bank has no tracking link; we'll contact you when there's a match.
How do I update my resume or details?
Send it again through the Resume Bank form with the same email or phone number. We'll update your details instead of making a new entry.
How long do you keep my resume?
We keep it on file so we can consider you for future roles. You can ask us to update or delete it at any time under the PDPA — contact us. See our privacy notice for the details.
